Kenneth W. Parks, 81, of Kendallville, Indiana went to be with the Lord on Tuesday June 16, 2026, at his residence, with his wife at his side and surrounded by family.
He was born March 10, 1945, in Miami, Oklahoma to John W. And Pearl E. (Holt) Parks.
On June 2nd, 1967, in the Church of God in Richmond, Indiana, he married the love of his life, Judy Williams. From the first time he saw her, he knew she was the girl he wanted to marry. They have built a life based on faith and family for 59 years.
Ken was the provider for his family, working at Dana/Eaton in Richmond and Auburn as a tool and die maker for 30 years.
Ken led a life dedicated to his faith in Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. He began each day by reading the Word and ended each evening in prayer. Ken was an outdoors man, enjoying hunting, fishing, hiking, and camping with his family. Ken enjoyed life to the full. He loved to laugh either with you or at you, making light of every situation.
Ken was a builder. He built their first home and helped build two churches to the glory of God. He loved to keep busy and he didn’t know the meaning of the word “retirement.” Ken’s life is a testament to the blessings of God one can fully experience when they know and love Jesus.
