Kelly Laird Watts, 55, of Kendallville, Indiana, died Thursday, October 5, 2023, at his residence.

He was born November 28, 1967, in Fort Wayne to Laird B. and JoAnn (Omo) Watts.

Kelly had worked at Bollhoff Rivnut in Kendallville before becoming disabled.

He enjoyed fishing, campfires, and being ornery. He dearly loved his family and his companion, Lisa's family. He treated her children and grandchildren like they were his own.

Surviving are his mother, JoAnn Watts of Kendallville; the love of his life and his companion of 13 years, Lisa Fugate of Kendallville; a sister, Kari (Brad) Sage of Kendallville and a brother, Kevin Watts of Kendallville.

He was preceded in death by his father, Laird B. Watts.

There will be a Celebration of Life at a later date.
