Kathleen A. "Kathy" Snyder, 70, of Kendallville, Indiana died Thursday, June 6, 2024, at her residence.

She was born June 30, 1953, in Buffalo, New York to Wilbert C. Saleman, Sr. and Jane (Shevlin) Saleman.

Kathy had been a nurse and then became a homemaker.

Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, David and Debbie Snyder of Kendallville; two daughters, April Snyder and Ashley Pogue both of Florida; four grandchildren, Sean, Cheyenne, Payden, and Charley; and a brother, William Saleman of New York.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and a brother, Fred Saleman.

There will be no local services. Burial in Buffalo, New York will be at a later date.

Young Family Funeral Home, Kendallville Chapel, 222 South State Street, Kendallville is assisting the family with arrangements.
