Kathleen Denis McCord, 52, of Winter Haven, Florida, and New Haven, Indiana, died Thursday, October 26, 2023, at her residence.

She was born April 17, 1971, in Onslow County, North Carolina, to Michael and Alicia (Thompson) Anderson. Her mother preceded her in death.

On August 12, 2018, in Fort Wayne, Indiana, she married James Randall "Randy" Combs.

She worked for One Hope Line in sales.

She was a member of the Winter Haven Moose Lodge #1023.

Kathleen enjoyed living in Florida and being around friendly people, playing bingo, live music and listening to conservative talk shows/pod casts.

Surviving are her husband, Randy Combs of Winter Haven, Florida, and New Haven, Indiana; a son, Jerel McCord of Nottingham, Maryland; a stepson, Dalton Combs of Fort Wayne; her father and stepmother, Michael and Marsha Anderson of Williamsburg, Virginia; and a sister, Victoria Vaughn of Athens Georgia.

A celebration of life service is being planned for a later date.
