Karen Sue Rodman, 45, of Waterloo, Indiana died unexpectedly Friday, August 30, 2024, at her residence.

She was born September 27, 1978, in Kendallville to Claude and Willa (Alexander) Goodman.

Before becoming disabled Karen had worked in retail.

Surviving are her father and stepmother, Claude and Kim Goodman of Rome City; her stepfather, Jim Smith of Auburn; a son and daughter; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Angel and Martin Baczynski of Wolcottville and Samantha and Sebastian Wolf of Kendallville; a brother and sister-in-law, Adam and Karissa Goodman of Garrett; and her life companion, Todd Rodman of Waterloo..

She was preceded in death by her mother, Willa Goodman.

Private celebration of life services will be held at a future date.

Preferred memorials are to the funeral home to assist with funeral arrangements.
