Obituary

Josephine Fugate, 68, of LaGrange died Sunday, April 18, 2010, at 11:12 a.m. in her residence.

Mrs. Fugate moved to the LaGrange area 44 years ago from Kentucky. She had worked at Starcraft in Emmatown.

Mom was a loving person to everybody. She was fun and full of laughter, showing the world how to always have a good time. She especially lover her grandchildren, shopping, flowers, and her family. She will be dearly missed by all.

She was born May 7, 1941, in Perry County, Kentucky, to Brack & Madie (Jones) Caudill. On March 8, 1960, in Dwarf, Kentucky, she married Charles Glenn Fugate. He preceded her in death on September 19, 1989.

Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Diana & Thomas Davis of LaGrange; a son and daughter-in-law, Brackie & Lori Fugate of LaGrange; three grandchildren, Chelsy Jo Fugate, Kayla Lynn Fugate, and Cale Davis; one great grandson, Zachary Charles Brown; five sisters, Margie Noble, Ann Chatt, Corina Fugate, Billie Jean Slone, and Jolene Smith all of Kentucky; and a brother Charles David Slone of Kentucky.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Delvin Caudill, and three sisters, Pearl Caudill, Felicia Slone, and Annette Roberts.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, April 21, 2010, at 1:30 p.m. in Five Corners Baptist Church, Wolcottville, with Pastor Clarence Combs officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery, LaGrange.

Calling is Tuesday, April 20, 2010, from noon to 9 p.m. at the church where there will be evening services at 6 p.m.

Arrangements are by Young Family Funeral Home, Wolcottville Chapel, State Road 9 North, Wolcottville.
