Calling: Thursday, April 10, 2014 - after 6 p.m. in the church ************************************************************************************ John B. Ritchie, 72, of Wolcottville died Monday, April 7, 2014, in Miller's Merry Manor, LaGrange.

He had resided in this area since 1972, coming from Kentucky.

Mr. Ritchie retired from the Fort Wayne Foundry.

He was born March 7, 1942, in Knott County, Kentucky, to Carew and Martha (Fugate) Ritchie.

Surviving are two stepdaughters, Karen Combs of Kendallville and Deb (Dave) Grossman of LaGrange; and four sisters, Delia (Truman) Ritchie of LaGrange, Oma Pridemore of Kimmell, Josie (Rob) Sandlin of Hazard, Kentucky, and Bessie Ritchie of Hazard, Kentucky.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Andy Ritchie and George Messer.

Funeral services will be Friday, April 11, 2014, at 11 a.m. in the Clear Creek Free Church in Clear Creek, Kentucky, with Pastor Arthur Holland officiating. Burial will be in the Ritchie Cemetery at Clear Creek.

Calling is Thursday, April 10, 2014, after 5 p.m. at the church.
