Obituary
Joan A. Herrmann, 76, of Albion, Indiana, died Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at Orchard Pointe Health Campus in Kendallville.
She was born on May 20, 1946, in Towson, Maryland, to Charles and Dorothy (Kurtz) Knarr.
On June 23, 1973, in Fort Wayne she married Paul D. Herrmann.
Mrs. Hermann was an LPN and had worked at St. Joe Hospital in Fort Wayne, McCray Memorial Hospital in Kendallville and for Dr. Ron Sloan in Kendallville.
Surviving are her husband, Paul D. Herrmann of Albion; a daughter, Jennifer Herrmann of Rochester Hills, Michigan; and a grandson, Malachi Herrmann.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and three brothers, Charles Joseph Knarr, David Kurtz, and Bill Kurtz.
There will be no visitation or services.
Young Family Funeral Home, Kendallville Chapel, 222 South State Street, Kendallville is assisting the family with arrangements.
