Jeremy D. Johnson, 37, of Kendallville, Indiana, died unexpectedly Monday, February 26, 2024, at his residence.

He was born December 10, 1986, in Kendallville, Indiana, to Kenneth Ray and Josephine (Short) Johnson. His parents survive in Kendallville.

On July 11, 2014, in Ashley he married Mary Jo Bolen.

He was last employed with Fields Home Improvement in Kendallville.

Jeremy enjoyed collecting football and basketball cards. He loved to ride his Harley.

Also surviving are his wife, Mary Johnson of Kendallville; two sons, Tiyson Johnson of Kendallville and Tanner Johnson of Kendallville; a brother, Brent (Val) Johnson of Kendallville; a nephew, Bryce Johnson of Kendallville; and his mother-in-law, Rebecca (Ralphie) Mosley of Kendallville.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Kenneth Douglas Johnson, and a brother-in-law, Cody N. Mosley.

Visitation will be Thursday, February 29, 2024, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Harbor of Love, 2353 South Lima Road, Kendallville where there will be an evening service at 6 p.m. Visitation will also be Friday, March 1, 2024, from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. at the church.

The funeral service will be Friday, March 1, 2024, at 1 p.m. at the church with Pastor Matt West officiating.

Burial will follow at Orange Cemetery near Rome City.

Honorary pallbearers are Tiyson Johnson and Tanner Johnson. Active pallbearers are Nathan Patrick, Pernell Childers, Robert Bolen, Ralphie Mosley, and Brent Johnson.
