Jeffrey A. Huth, 66, of Wolcottville, Indiana died unexpectedly Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at his residence.

He was born August 1, 1958, in LaGrange, Indiana to Alfred Huth, Jr. and Joanne (Muesing) Huth.

On October 2, 1982, in Kendallville, he married Debra Mavis.

Mr. Huth had worked at Starcraft Campers in Topeka for 32 years and was anticipating his upcoming retirement from Forest River in Middlebury after 16 years.

He was an avid horseshoe pitcher, playing at the Stroh Horseshoe Palace in Stroh. He loved the Detroit Tigers, Purdue Basketball, Green Bay Packers Football, and Indiana Fever Basketball.

Surviving are his wife Debbi Huth of Wolcottville; a daughter, Megan (Rick) Cox of Melbourne, Florida; a son, Lance (Kayla) Huth of Wolcottville; five grandchildren, Caitlyn, Cristina, and Cobe Cox of Melbourne, Florida and Lexi and Maci Huth of Wolcottville; his mother, Joanne Huth of Lake Wales, Florida; two sisters, Floydette (Ron) Blalock of Cape Coral, Florida and Sheri (Jerry) Cross of Columbus, Montana; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Bob and Lucille Mavis of Kendallville; a sister-in-law, Kelli Wainwright of Kendallville; a niece, Tina (Stephen) Hickey of Nashville, Tennessee; three nephews, Joe (Lindsey) Cross of Columbus, Montana, Brian (Jennifer) Blalock of Hernando, Mississippi, and Dustin (Madaline) Hart of Wolcottville; and his chocolate lab, Riley.

He was preceded in death by his father, Alfred Huth, Jr.

Visitation will be Wednesday, June 4, 2025, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Young Family Funeral Home, Wolcottville Chapel, State Road 9 North, Wolcottville.

Preferred memorials are to the Stroh Horseshoe Palace.
