Obituary

Jeffrey L. Biberstine, 50, of Kendallville, Indiana died unexpectedly Monday, June 8, 2026, at his residence.

He was born July 3, 1975, in Fort Wayne to Daniel and Donna J. (Helton) Biberstine.

Jeff had a deep love for the things that brought him joy and freedom. He was a lifelong fan of Mustang cars, appreciating their power, style, and spirit. He also had a soft spot for Snoopy, whose playful charm always made him smile.

But Jeff’s happiest place was the lake. Whenever he had the chance, he was out on the water — boating, swimming, fishing, or simply soaking in the calm that only a lake can offer. Everything about lake life spoke to him. It wasn’t just a hobby; it was where he felt at peace.

Surviving are three children, Braden (Bryn Blaskie) Biberstine of Kendallville, Maegan (Conner Keith) Biberstine of Kendallville, and Zane (Kendall) Miller of Albion; three grandchildren, Briar Keith, Maverick Miller, and Weston Miller; his father, Daniel Biberstine of Wolcottville; and a sister, Danelle Biberstine of Wolcottville.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Donna J. Biberstine on May 21, 2023.

Visitation will be Thursday, June 11, 2026, and Friday, June 12, 2026, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. each night at Young Family Funeral Home, Kendallville Chapel, 222 South State Street, Kendallville.
