Obituary

Jeannette F. Lucas, 73, of Rome City, Indiana, died Sunday, November 21, 2021, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne.

She was born September 5, 1948, in Clear Creek, Knott County, Kentucky, to Pearl and Edna (Owens) Fuller.

In 1969, in Clear Creek, Kentucky, she married Elmer Lucas. He survives in Rome City.

Mrs. Lucas was a member of the Body of Christ Church.

She retired after 25 years at Tenneco Automotive in Ligonier.

Also surviving are a son, Ron Lucas of Fort Wayne; two granddaughters, Amnesty Fardinkle and Mariah Lucas; two great-grandchildren, Miah Birt and Poseid0n Fardinkle; four sisters, Betty Brown of Rome City, Edith Coney of Ligonier, Vedra Ann Martin of Avilla, and Linda Caywood of Wolcottville; and two brother, Otis Fuller of Michigan and Raymond Fuller of Wolcottville.

She was preceded in death by two sisters, Dora Mullins and Christine Maxwell; and four brother, Ernest Fuller, Leander Fuller, Willie Fuller, and Sammy Fuller.

Per Jeannette's request, there will be no visitation or services.

Young Family Funeral Home, Wolcottville Chapel, State Road 9 North, Wolcottville is assisting the family with arrangements.
