Jason Aron "Jake" Kistler, 54, of Kendallville, Indiana died Saturday, August 31, 2024, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne.

He was born December 25, 1969, in Huntington to Ron Kistler and Linda (Dowdy) Kistler.

On July 2, 2022, at Bixler Lake Park in Kendallville he married Amy (Mellott) Worsham.

Jason worked at Dana in Fort Wayne.

He enjoyed photography, yard work, working with his hands and was always up for a challenge. He loved Harley Davidson motorcycles and spending time with Amy.

Surviving are his wife, Amy Worsham of Kendallville; his children, Chais Wilkinson, Austin Kistler, Jaron Kistler, and Sierra Kistler; two stepchildren, Christian Mellott-Worsham and Rylee Worsham; two grandchildren, Benjamin and Ollie; his mother, Linda Tackett of Huntington; a brother, Tommy (Sherry) Kistler of Anderson; and a sister, Farah (John) Bess of Huntington.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ron Kistler.

According to his wishes there will be no visitation or funeral service.

Young Family Funeral Home, Kendallville Chapel, 222 South State Street, Kendallville is assisting the family with arrangements.
