Obituary

Jacqualyn K. Hillier, 68, of Hudson died Friday, March 2, 2018, at Hickory Creek Nursing Home in Kendallville.

She was born April 19, 1949, in Marion to David and Ella Mae Heinz.

She married Wayne R. Hillier in 1992 in Arkansas.

Mrs. Hillier and her husband owned and operated The Woods Too on Lake of the Woods since 1969 and the Oak Grove Tavern in Irons, Michigan.

Jaqualyn dearly loved to snowmobile, especially in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.

Surviving are her husband Wayne R. Hillier of Hudson; a stepdaughter, Lorraine LeMay of Hudson; a stepson, Robert W. (Jacqueline) Hillier of Kendallville; four step grandchildren, Dustin Hillier, Desiree Hillier, Jacob LeMay, and Jordan LeMay; and two step great-grandchildren, Maddix Hillier and Sidney Ray.

A memorial service will be held at a later date at The Woods Too.

Young Family Funeral Home, Hudson-Ashley Chapel, 612 North Main Street, Hudson is assisting the family with arrangements.
