Calling is Thursday, April 30, 2015 from 4 to 8 p.m. in the funeral home.

***************************************************************************** Issac Cook-Stephens, 14, of LaOtto died Tuesday, April 28, 2015, in Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne, due to a disability from birth.

He was born April 5, 2001, in Fort Wayne to Amanda Stephens. She survives in Fort Wayne.

Also surviving are a sister, Alivia Ropa of Fort Wayne; a brother Hayden Stephens of LaOtto; and his grandparents and legal guardians, Rick and Sheila J. Stephens of LaOtto.

Funeral services will be Friday, May 1, 2015 at 11 a.m. in Young Family Funeral Home, Kendallville Chapel, 222 South State Street, Kendallville, with Rev. Lois Watkins officiating. Burial will be in Eel River Cemetery, Churubusco.

Calling is Thursday, April 30, 2015 from 4 to 8 p.m. in the funeral home.
