Obituary

Isaac Nathaniel Kimmel, 14 months, son of Steven and Gloria Kimmel of Kendallville died Friday, July 31, 2015, at 3:36 p.m. in Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis.

He was born May 26, 2014, in Fort Wayne to Steven and Gloria (Arend) Kimmel.

Surviving along with his parents are maternal grandparents, Richard and Mary Arend of Wolcottville; paternal grandmother, Kathy Kimmel of Kendallville; maternal great grandfather, Dick Arend of New Haven; and aunts and uncles, Genevieve Arend, Ricky Arend, Robert Arend, Gayle and Kelso Daning, and Grace Arend.

He was preceded in death by maternal great grandmothers, Rita Girard and Eileen Arend; and maternal great grandfather, John Girard.

Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, August 4, 2015, at 11 a.m. in St. Gaspar Catholic Church, Rome City with Father Bernard Ramenaden officiating. Burial will be in St. Gaspar Catholic Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be his parents, Steven and Gloria Kimmel, and his godparents, Genevieve Arend and Taf Bwititi.

Calling is Monday, August 3, 2015, from 3 to 7 p.m. in Young Family Funeral Home, Wolcottville Chapel, State Road 9 North, Wolcottville. A Rosary service will be held at 7 p.m. Calling will also be one hour prior to services at the church on Tuesday.
