Gordon Samuel Ramey, 55, of Wolcottville, Indiana, died Saturday, September 30, 2023, at Parkview LaGrange Hospital in LaGrange.

He was born December 18, 1967, in Kenton, Ohio, to Kendall and Mary (Kennedy) Ramey.

Mr. Ramey was a handyman.

Gordon loved mushroom hunting, fishing, watching football, and was a NASCAR fan. He also enjoyed playing cards, checkers, and pool.

Surviving are two daughters, Samantha (Bruce) Ream of Wawaka and Megan (James Lackey) Ramey of LaGrange; eight grandchildren, Taylor Watkins, Lane Watkins, Cameron Smith, Kennedy Bixby, Matthew Ream, Keyan Lackey, Karson Lackey, and Kassidy Lackey; a sister, Anna (Herman) Sells of Kentucky; and three brothers, Orville (Kelly Bentley) Ramey of Wolcottville, Kendall (Debra) Ramey of Colorado, and Greg (Char) Ramey of Kentucky.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Sara Ramey; a sister, Charlene Whitehead; and a brother, Jim Ramey.

There will be no visitation or service.

Burial will be in the Ramey Family Cemetery in Kentucky.
