Funeral services will be Saturday, December 6, 2014, at 11 a.m. in Liberty Free Will Baptist Church, 2900 E 1150 N, Wolcottville.

Calling is Friday, December 5, 2014 after 4:00 with an evening service at 6 p.m. in the church. ***********************************************************************************

Georgene Mosley, 73, of Auburn died Wednesday, December 3, 2014, at 3:25 p.m. surrounded by her family in Wesley Healthcare Center, Auburn.

She moved to this area in 1981 from Kentucky.

Mrs. Mosley had worked at Newnam Foundry, where she was the first female employee, DeKalb Assemblies, and Handy & Harmon.

She was born August 23, 1941, in Wheelwright, Kentucky, to Isaac and Mary (Dutton) Spears.

On April 19, 1957, in Martin, Kentucky, she married Floyd Mosley. He preceded her in death on January 17, 2002.

Surviving are four daughters, Teresa (Bud) Mosley of Auburn, Carolyn (Terry) Gibson of Garrett, Trish (Casey) Slone of Avilla, and Sarah Ocie Mosley of West Virginia ; six sons, Troy Mosley of Avilla, Doug Mosley of Fort Wayne, Jerry Mosley of Churubusco, and Donald G. (Cathy) Mosley, Larry (Amy) Mosley, and Floyd Timothy (Veronica) Mosley of Kendallville; 32 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and a sister, Irene Mosley of Willard, Ohio.

She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Connie Dorton on September 25, 2014; a grandson, Cody N. Mosley on August 5, 2012; 9 brothers and one sister.

Funeral services will be Saturday, December 6, 2014, at 11 a.m. in Liberty Free Will Baptist Church, 2900 E 1150 N, Wolcottville with Rev. Billy Fields and Rev. Jeff Patrick officiating. Burial will be in Orange Cemetery, Rome City.

Pallbearers will be her grandsons.
