Obituary

Gary L. Hile, 69, of Kendallville died Tuesday, March 27, 2018, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne.

He was born September 10, 1948, in Kendallville to Robert and Roberta (Whitford) Hile. His parents preceded him in death.

On October 4, 1969, in Kendallville he married Karen K. Lombard. She survives in Kendallville.

For several years, Mr. Hile lived on the island of Maui before returning to Kendallville.

He retired from industrial sales.

He was a member of the Kendallville Elks Lodge #1194, Mizpah Shrine, Scottish Rite, and F.&A.M. Lodge all in Fort Wayne,

Also surviving are a brother and sister-in-law, Todd and Kathy Hile of Kendallville; and a sister and brother-in-law, Susan and Roger Laidig of Mishawaka.

There will be no service or visitation. Burial will be in Lake View Cemetery, Kendallville.
