Obituary

Gary W. Hamilton, 51, of Auburn and formerly of Kendallville died suddenly Friday, August 17, 2007, at Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne. He was born February 16, 1956, in Blue Moon, Kentucky, to Raymond and Elsie (Hunter) Ousley. His mother survives in Kendallville. Also surviving are four sisters and three brothers-in-law, Garruetta Hamilton-Christian & Ron Christian of Corunna; Ruthene McDaniels; Mary Kay & Charles Rea; and Phyllis & Shannon Terry, all of Kendallville; and one brother and sister-in-law, Billy & Terri Ousley of Morton, Illinois. He was preceded in death by his father. Services will be Tuesday, August 21, 2007, at 10:30 a.m. at the Young Family Funeral Home, Kendallville Chapel, with Pastor Joel Stanley officiating. Burial will be in Sweet Cemetery. Active casketbearers will be Cam Rea, Joshua Morse, Charles Rea, Ottis Hunter, Keith Cleveland, and Travis Bolen. Honorary casketbearers will be Justin Terry, Erik Terry, Brett Terry, and Ron "Bub" Christian. Visitation will be Monday, August 20, 2007 from 5-7 p.m. at the funeral home.
