Ellen R. Duncan, 84, of Hamilton, Indiana, died Monday, September 25, 2023, at her residence.

She was born December 21, 1938, in Hamilton, Indiana, to Glenn and Fern (Stout) Duncan.

Miss Duncan retired from Charleston Metal Company in Waterloo.

Ellen enjoyed her family and friends, reading, her cats, doing crossword puzzles, and watching NASCAR racing.

Surviving are a sister, Julia Duncan of Hamilton; and four nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Richard K. Duncan and Robert Duncan; and two sisters, Donna Jacob and Phyllis Hanes.

Graveside services at Hamilton Cemetery will be Friday, October 13, 2023, at 10 a.m. with Scott Ailes officiating.

Memorials may be directed to the Hamilton Fire Department.
