Graveside services will be Friday, June 16, 2017, at 4 p.m. at Orange Cemetery, Rome City. ****************************************************************************************************************

Edward K. "Bub" Huff, Jr., 39, of Avilla died Wednesday, April 5, 2017, in his residence.

He was born October 14, 1977, in Kendallville to Edward Huff, Sr. and Lois (Charles) Huff. His parents survive in Kendallville.

He was a 1996 graduate of East Noble High School and was a member of the marching band.

On December 13, 2016, he remarried Sharon Lynn (Yant) Huff. She survives in Avilla.

He was a lifetime area resident and a stay-at-home Dad.

Also surviving are a daughter, Kendal Sue Huff, at home; two stepsons, Dalton King of Avilla and Damian Bowers of Garrett; and maternal step-grandmother, Rachel Charles of Lincolnton, North Carolina.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Tammy Sue Huff on March 30, 2016; paternal grandmother, Patricia Sue Huff; maternal grandfather, Landan Charles; maternal grandmother, Cora Barker; and maternal step-grandfather, Ray Barker.

Funeral services will be Monday, April 10, 2017, at 6 p.m. in Young Family Funeral Home, Kendallville Chapel, 222 South State Street, Kendallville with Rev. Rich Secor of Crosspointe Family Church of the Nazarene in Kendallville. Burial will be in Orange Cemetery, Rome City at a later date.

Calling is Monday, April 10, 2017, from 2 to 6 p.m. in the funeral home.

Preferred memorials are to the education fund for his daughter, Kendal in care of Pro-Fed Credit Union.
