Obituary

Douglas Mark Tibbits, 53, of Wolcottville died Monday, October 8, 2012, in his residence.

He had worked at Keystone RV in Goshen, and became disabled due to an accident while at work.

He was born January 23, 1959, in Nebraska to John J. and Tessie (Prestil) Tibbits. On June 27, 1998, in Kimmell he married Donna Meyers.

Surviving are his wife, Donna Tibbits of Wolcottville; three daughters, Amanda L. Tibbits, Megan I. (Brandon) Hintz, and Mary Jo Tibbits all of Madison, Wisconsin; one stepdaughter, Teihlia (Rupley) Trammel of Michigan; three stepsons, Branden Meyers of Michigan, Christopher Meyers of Michigan, and Tra'e Meyers-Waeghe of Wolcottville; one grandchild; four stepgrandchildren; and two brothers, Tom (Janet) Tibbits of Topeka and Don (Sandy) Tibbits of Madison, Wisconsin.

He was preceded in death by a son, Johnathan Mark Tibbits on September 3, 2001; and a brother, David J. Tibbits, Sr. on April 26, 2002.

Funeral services will be Thursday, October 11, 2012, at 5 p.m. in Young Family Funeral Home, Wolcottville Chapel, State Road 9 North, Wolcottville.

Calling is Thursday, October 11, 2012, from 3-5 p.m. in the funeral home.
