Obituary

Diana R. Treesh, 77, of Blackman Lake, Wolcottville died Friday, July 6, 2007, in the Emergency Room at Parkview LaGrange Hospital, LaGrange, Indiana. She was born August 17, 1929, in Warmister Wilts, England to Charles & Rosemary Monk. She had lived on Blackman Lake since 1987, coming from Butler. She moved to the US from England in 1957. She last worked at Standyne in Garrett, Indiana. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary in Butler and the Eagles Lodge in Kendallville. She was married July 20, 1978, in Auburn to Richard E. Treesh. He preceded her in death on January 30, 1990. Surviving are three daughters, Gail Lash of Venice, Florida; Kim Tomlinson of Lakeland, Florida; and Lynda Hart of Hicksville, Ohio; eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother. Services will be Wednesday, July 11, 2007, at 11 a.m. at the Young Family Funeral Home, State Road 9 North, Wolcottville, Indiana. Burial will be in the Butler Cemetery, Butler, Indiana. Visitaion will be Tuesday, July 10, 2007, from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Preferred memorials are to the American Heart Association.
