Dennis Eugene Waldron, 70, of Albion, Indiana died Tuesday, November 5, 2024, at his residence surrounded by his family.

He was born January 22, 1954, in Kendallville, Indiana to Raymond and Mary (Bielas) Waldron.

On December 28, 2016, in Clearwater, Florida he married Cindy Wise. She survives in Albion.

Dennis retired from Monsanto, now Silgan, in Ligonier after 44 years.

He was an avid golfer and also enjoyed stock car racing. He loved family game night, aka family fight night.

Also surviving are a daughter, Erica Waldron of Nappanee; two sons, Craig (Isabelle) Waldron of Brookville, Ohio and James Fox of Albion; a grandson, Mason Waldron-Shafer; and a sister, Nancy Waldron of Wawaka.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Mark Waldron; and a daughter-in-law, Cherrie Fox.

Funeral services will be Friday, November 8, 2024, at 4 p.m. at Young Family Funeral Home, Kendallville Chapel, 222 South State Street, Kendallville with Pastor Rich Secor of Crosspointe Family Church in Kendallville officiating.

Visitation will also be on Friday, beginning at 2 p.m. until the time of the service.

Preferred memorials are to Parkview Hospice.
