Obituary

Della M. Sizemore, 50, of Stroh died Thursday, August 25, 2011, in the Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland, Ohio, following a lengthy illness.

Ms. Sizemore graduated in 1979 from Prairie Heights High School where she played basketball and softball.

She worked at the Turkey Lake Restaurant & Tavern for 17 years and was the assistant manager.

Della was an avid fan of University of Kentucky basketball, and dearly loved her cat, Hazard.

She was born March 27, 1961, in LaGrange to Delsey and Joalene (Everage) Sizemore. Her mother preceded her in death on January 2, 2000.

Surviving are her companion, Terry Crisenbery of Stroh; her father and stepmother, Delsey and Nancy Sizemore of Corunna; a sister, Rose (Rick) Graham of Stroh; two half brothers, Jr. (Gloria) Sizemore of Corunna and Dale (Denise) Sizemore of New Jersey; two step brothers, Darwin (Bonnie) Wolfe of Rome City and George (Tammy) Wolfe of Wolcottville; and two step sisters, Debbie (Calvin) Godsey of Rome City and Susie (Tony) Combs of Kentucky.

Funeral services will be Monday, August 29, 2011, at 11 a.m. in the Stroh Church of God with the Rev. Loyd Jury officiating. Burial will be in Woodruff Cemetery.

Calling is Sunday, August 28, 2011, from 2 to 7 p.m. in the church.

Preferred memorials are to the family to assist with funeral expenses.
