Obituary

Dawn M. Ebert, 47 of Worthington, Ohio, and formerly of Sturgis, Michigan died Wednesday November 27, 2013 at her home surrounded by family and those she loved.

She was a Project Manager with Abbott Labs, first in Sturgis, Michigan, and then transferred to Worthington, Ohio. She was a graduate of Franklin University with a Degree in Business.

She was born September 5, 1966, in Kendallville to Phillip and Mary (Randol) Ackerman.

She is survived by her mother, Mary Ackerman of LaGrange; two daughters, Cierra Ebert of Worthington, Ohio, and Nicole Larkin of Worthington, Ohio; three brothers, Edwin Ackerman of Hudson, Phillip (April) Ackerman of LaGrange, and William (Candice) Ackerman of Dunkirk; a sister, Debbie Ackerman of Worthington, Ohio; and a grandson, Kayson Ankrom of Worthington, Ohio.

Dawn was preceded in death by her father, Phillip Ackerman and brother, Edward Ackerman.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, December 3, 2013, at 2 p.m. in the New Freedom Baptist Church, 300 Sycamore Street, LaGrange, Indiana, with Rev. Wade Sturdivant officiating. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery, Wolcottville.

Calling is Tuesday, December 3, 2013, from noon to 2 p.m. in the church.

Preferred memorials are to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
