David Allen Mossman, 67, of Rome City, Indiana died Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at his residence with his family at his side.

He was born November 7, 1958, in Kendallville, Indiana to Walter and Dorothy (Brady) Mossman.

He was co-owner and maintenance man at Brady’s Landing, also known as Granny's Tavern on Sylvan Lake in Rome City.

Surviving are three sons and daughters-in-law, Zachary and Allison Mossman of Rome City, Easton and Tina Mossman of Churubusco, and Jared and Kim Mossman of Kendallville; his significant other, Deb Campbell of Rome City; and seven grandchildren, Tipper Mossman, Jameson Mossman, Cecilia Mossman, Sophia Mossman, Gannon Wicker, Levi Wicker, and Peyton Mossman.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Margaret A. Mossman and Linda Speakman-Yerick; and a brother, Michael Mossman.

Per David's wishes, there will be no visitation or service.
