Obituary

Daniel Arnold Theis, 65, of Wolcottville died Monday, November 16, 2020, at his residence.

He was born March 5, 1955, in Westphalia, Michigan, to Jerome and Germaine Theis.

In 1992, he married Altide Acceus.

Mr. Theis moved to this area 18 years ago, coming from Clinton Township, Michigan.

He served as a missionary in Haiti and worked with the blind through the Seventh Day Adventist Church.

He was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Warsaw.

Daniel enjoyed gardening, fishing, building model rockets, and flying kites.

Surviving are his wife, Altide Theis of Wolcottville; two sons, Manuel Theis of Boston, Massachusetts and Mishael Theis of Findlay, Ohio; his mother, Germaine Pohl of Westphalia, Michigan; and nine brothers and sisters.

He was preceded in death by his father and a brother, Steven Theis.

There will be no visitation or services. Burial will be at a later date in Michigan.
