Obituary

Daniel G. Clark, 63, of Spencerville died Sunday, April 1, 2018, at Visiting Nurse and Hospice Home in Fort Wayne.

He was born November 7, 1954, in Garrett to Albert and Kathleen (Murphy) Clark.

Mr. Clark had worked at Heidtman Steel in Butler and retired in 2016.

Dan enjoyed farming, fishing, boating, bow-hunting for deer, and just being outdoors. He also enjoyed woodworking and playing in his wood shop. He dearly loved spending time with his grandkids.

Surviving are a daughter, Amanda J. (Isaac) Kelsey of Huntertown and their children, Raelynn and Roman; son, Daniel J. (Renee) Clark of Fort Wayne and their children, Brandon, Angelic, Kyler, Nadia, Nick, Keeleigh, and Kason and their grandchildren, Talyn and A'laysia; son, Thomas E. (Kristen Knipstein) Clark, Sr. of Fort Wayne and their children Chloe, Jaylin, Tommy, Jr. Cadence, and Wesley; son, Jeffrey A. (Heather) Clark of Fort Wayne and their children Lilly and Tristan; son, Adam R. (Kayla) Clark of Spencerville and their children, Gavin, Gerrid, and Adelynn; and son, Andrew P. Clark of Spencerville; a sister, Betty (Roger) Davies of Fort Wayne; and six brothers, Roger (Jean) Clark of Kendallville, Larry (Jean) Clark of Leo, David (LaNiece) Clark of Fort Wayne, Fred Clark of Hamilton, Mike Clark of Fort Wayne, and Kenny Clark of Fort Wayne.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his daughter-in-law, Tanasa Hissong.

Funeral services will be Thursday, April 5, 2018, at 11 a.m. at Young Family Funeral Home, Kendallville Chapel, 222 South State Street, Kendallville, with Pastor Eric Burkhardt of Life Changing Realities Fellowship in Edgerton, Ohio, officiating. Burial will be in Lake View Cemetery, Kendallville.

Pallbearers will be Danny Clark, Tom Clark, Jeff Clark, Adam Clark, Andy Clark, Kyler Clark, and Isaac Kelsey.

Calling is Wednesday, April 4, 2018, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the funeral home and one hour prior to services on Thursday.
