Obituary

Connie L. Baughman, 56, of Pleasant Lake, died Wednesday, October 18, 2017, at 7:50 p.m. at DeKalb Memorial Hospital, Auburn.

She was born August 19, 1961, in Auburn to Robert Lee and Harriet (Wyne) Walker.

On August 25, 1990 in Auburn she married Casey R. Baughman. He preceded her in death on January 4, 2007.

Mrs. Baughman had previously worked at Messenger in Auburn and Bundy Tubing in Ashley.

Connie was a lifetime area resident.

Surviving is a daughter, Nichole Baughman of Pleasant Lake; a son, William Baughman of Pleasant Lake; her mother, Harriet Walker of Auburn; two sisters, Janet (Larry) Metcalf of Coldwater, Michigan, and Sue (Greg Stahl) Greuter of Auburn; a brother, Robert Lee Walker, II of Auburn; four sisters-in-law, Nancy (Mike) Wells of Auburn, Janie Brown of Avilla, Cheryl (Craig) Fosnaugh of LaOtto, and Dianna Sharp of Rome City; and two brothers-in-law, Dennis (Janet) Baughman of Leo and Willie Baughman of Waterloo.

She was also preceded in death by her father.

Graveside services will be Thursday, November 9, 2017 at 2 p.m. at Woodlawn Cemetery, Auburn.
