Obituary

Claudine L. Wise, 71, of Kendallville, Indiana died Saturday, September 17, 2011 at 12:45 a.m. at Parkview Noble Hospital of Kendallville.

Claudine was a homemaker, and resided most of her life in the Kendallville area.

She was born on May 21, 1940 in Noble County, Indiana to Claud C. and Dorothy I. (Conrad) Kline. She was married on March 1, 1968 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Ernest Wise, who survives.

Surviving are six daughters: Ginger Wise of Rochester, Minnesota; Cindy Ballard of Syracuse; Christine Whichard of Elk River, Minnesota; Talana (husband Randy) Rhodes of Syracuse; Shawndra Baker of Syracuse; Jackie Trumble of Clarksville, Tennessee; and a son David (wife Ruth) Wise of Rochester, Minnesota. Also surviving are eighteen grandchildren, twenty-four great grandchildren; and two sisters, Ellen Lash of Kedallville, Eileen (husband Harold) Depew of Rome City.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Buddy Eugene Kline, and her granddaughter, Lindsay Holler.

Visitation will be held on Monday, September 19, 2011 from 4-6:00 p.m. at Young Family Funeral Home, 222 South State Street, Kendallville, Indiana. Her funeral service will follow at 6:00 p.m. and officiated by Reverend Ken Weaver.
