Cheryl L. Martin, 63, of Kendallville, Indiana, died Tuesday, December 5, 2023, at Parkview Noble Hospital in Kendallville.

She was born October 23, 1960, in Greencastle, Indiana, to Charles and Sharon K. (Berry) Gibson.

She was a homemaker.

Cheryl enjoyed her flower garden. She dearly loved caring for her children and grandchildren and coloring with them. She will be remembered as a hard worker and a strong woman. Her laughter will be missed by all.

Surviving are two daughters, Natasha (Kevin Morris) Martin of Toledo, Ohio, and Kaylee (Joshua Stanley) Martin of Kendallville; three grandchildren, Anthony Davion Mikael Jimenez, Aarianna Lyn Nyokabi Kuria, and Alexander G. Jimenez; two sisters, Charlene (Jay) Smart of Kendallville and Charlotte Baldwin of Kendallville; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother-in-law, Paul Baldwin; and a niece Shondria Rangel.

Per Cheryl's wishes, there will be no visitation or services. A celebration of life service is being planned for a later date.
