Funeral services will be Friday, October 3, 2014, at 11 a.m. in Little Flossie Old Regular Baptist Church, Kendallville.

Calling is Friday, October 3, 2014, from 9 to 11 a.m. in the church. ************************************************************************************* Carlos Sparkman, 58, of Auburn and formerly of Kendallville died Saturday, September 27, 2014, in his residence.

He was a machinist at Newnam Foundry and Dalton Foundry in Kendallville.

He was born July 26, 1956, in Kendallville to Lee and Zella (Slone) Sparkman.

On October 28, 2006, in Auburn he married Rebecca "Becky" Polly. She survives in Jones, Michigan.

Also surviving are two daughters, Jamie (Alvin) Storey of Ashley and Jodie (Jake Fischer) Sparkman of Fort Wayne; two stepdaughters, Ashley (Ben) Tuffley of Kendallville and Marinda Mullins of Albion; and a stepson, Mark (Stephanie) Webster of Topeka; 15 grandchildren; and three brothers, Tony (Anita) Sparkman, his twin Hargos (Vickie) Sparkman of Kendallville, and Jeff (Joann) Sparkman of LaOtto.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Jimmy Sparkman and Lee Sparkman, Jr.

Funeral services will be Friday, October 3, 2014, at 11 a.m. in Little Flossie Old Regular Baptist Church, Kendallville with Elder Russell Hicks and Elder Morris Wicker officiating. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery, Wolcottville with Pastor Tony Sparkman officiating.

Calling is Friday, October 3, 2014, from 9 to 11 a.m. in the church.
