Obituary

Carlos G. Perez-Carvajal, 56, of Kendallville and formerly of Sarasota, Florida, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, November 6, 2018, while at his place of employment in Kendallville.

He was born May 13, 1962, in Santa Clara, Cuba, to Anilio Perez and Maria Carvajal. His father survives in Jacksonville, Florida, and his mother survives in Santa Clara, Cuba.

On January 10, 2001, in Sarasota, Florida, he married Ginger G. (Garcia) Perez. She survives in Kendallville.

Mr. Perez-Carvajal had worked as a supervisor for an asphalt company while in Florida and was currently employed by Northeast Indiana Solid Waste Management District, working in Kendallville, and R & S Boats in Rome City.

Also surviving are a daughter, Isabella Perez, at home; five sons, Ralph, Jose, Carlos, Michael, and Willie; eight grandchildren; three sisters; and two brothers.

There will be no visitation or services.
