Calling: Friday, February 14, 2014 - 12 to 2 p.m. in the funeral home ******************************************************************************* Beverly June Keeler, 89, of Kendallville died Tuesday, February 11, 2014, at 8:15 p.m. in Miller's Merry Manor, LaGrange.

She was raised in Garrett and later moved to Kendallville.

Mrs. Keeler retired from Kraft Foods in 1987, after 37 years.

She attended Faith United Methodist Church in Kendallville.

Beverly loved fishing and traveling. She was an avid Komet hockey fan and would frequently travel to away games to see them play.

She was born June 10, 1924, in Noble County to Zeno and Mildred (Dice) Haver.

On October 24, 1948, in Garrett she married Judson Dale "Judd" Keeler. He preceded her in death on March 21, 2000.

Surviving are two nieces, Polly Bassett of Auburn and Randa Germano of Westfield; and a friend, Lorene Kiser of Brighton.

She was preceded in death by a step sister and a step brother.

Funeral services will be Friday, February 14, 2014, at 2 p.m. in Young Family Funeral Home, Kendallville Chapel, 222 South State Street, Kendallville with Pastor Steve Bahrt of Faith United Methodist Church, Kendallville officiating. Burial will be in Lake View Cemetery, Kendallville.

Calling is Friday, February 14, 2014, from 12 to 2 p.m. in the funeral home.

Preferred memorials are to the American Cancer Society.
