Obituary

Beverly J. Gillespie, 91, of Wolcottville died Tuesday, November 20, 2012, at 8 a.m. in her residence.

She has lived in Wolcottville 63 years, coming from Kendallville.

She graduated from Kendallville High School.

Mrs. Gillespie was a homemaker.

She was born June 6, 1921, in Kendallville to Lloyd and Justine (McCormick) Grossman. On October 8, 1945, in Kendallville she married Delton Gillespie.

Surviving are a daughter, Judi Gillespie of Wolcottville; two sons and daughters-in-law, Delton Jack and Debora Gillespie of Middlebury and Jerry and Bonnie Gillespie of Wolcottville; four grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband and a brother, William Mac Grossman.

Funeral services will be Friday, November 23, 2012, at 2 p.m. in Young Family Funeral Home, Wolcottville Chapel, State Road 9 North, Wolcottville with Rev. Steve Brittenham of Trinity Church United Methodist in Kendallville officiating. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery, Wolcottville.
