Obituary

Bernice R. Fisher, 87, of Fort Wayne died Wednesday, January 31, 2018, at Englewood Nursing Home in Fort Wayne.

She was born November 3, 1930, in Cincinnati, Ohio, to Homer B. and Jessie M. (Allen) Watkins.

Mrs. Fisher was a homemaker.

She was a member of the Northside Church of Christ in Fort Wayne.

Surviving are two daughters, Brenda L. Meredith of Fort Wayne and Terri Fisher of Fort Wayne; three sons, Marc (Theresa) Fisher of Fort Wayne, Scott (Teresa) Fisher of Huntington, and Clint (Yvonne) Fisher of Redondo Beach, California; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles A. Fisher in 1989; and a sister, Norma Goodpaster.

Prayers will be said Saturday, February 3, 2018, at 1 p.m. at the Northside Church of Christ, 1230 West Wallen Road, Fort Wayne with Evangelist Steve Vinson officiating. Burial will be at Lindenwood Cemetery, Fort Wayne.
