Obituary

Ava Marie Hamilton, 60, of Osceola, Indiana, died unexpectedly Saturday, March 13, 2021, at her residence.

She was born September 1, 1960, in Martin, Kentucky, to Bud Kermit Hamilton Sr., and Eva Jean (Lawson) Hall. Her parents preceded her in death.

Ms. Hamilton was a homemaker.

Surviving are a son, Jonathan Hamilton of Constantine, Michigan; a grandson, Skylar Beldon; three brothers, Jerry (Kanzia) Hamilton of Kendallville, Raymond (Brenda) Hamilton of Kendallville; and Jackie (Lori) Hall of Grandville, Michigan; two sisters, Melissa (Bobby) Booth of Corunna and Linda Hall of Fort Wayne; and her life partner, Wendy Fleese of Osceola.

She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Elizabeth Jean Hamilton; and a brother, Bud Hamilton, Jr.

Funeral services will be Thursday, March 18, 2021, at 4 p.m. at Young Family Funeral Home, Kendallville Chapel, 222 South State Street, Kendallville with Pastor Phil Lucas of Ashley Love Divine Church officiating. Burial will be at a later date.

Visitation is Thursday from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the funeral home.

Per the Governor, face masks are required.

Ava's funeral service on Thursday will also live stream on the Young Family Funeral Home Facebook page at 4 p.m. for those unable to attend in person.
