Arlene Lois (Weibel) Gran, 90, of Wolcottville, Indiana died Friday, March 1, 2024, at 3:23 p.m. in Sacred Heart Home in Avilla, where she had resided for three years.

Arlene was a ninth Chapter Member of the Fort Wayne Street Rod Association and was also part of the board for the Witmer Lake Association. Mrs. Gran was a member of St. Gaspar Catholic Church in Rome City.

She was born November 11, 1933, in Fort Wayne to Dallas and Adele (Laemmle) Weibel. August 4, 1956, she married Gerald "Jerry" Gran.

Surviving are a sister, Jacqueline Juday of Indianapolis; a daughter, Nina (Dennis Doenges) Roach of Palm Bay, Florida; six grandchildren, Angela (Ray) Riner, Coty Burton, Crystal Taylor, Michelle Taylor, Logan Roach, and Brandon McCann; and 12 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, Ronald L. Gran in 2007; a daughter, Christina S. Burton in 2013; her husband, Gerald "Jerry" Gran in 2015; and five siblings, Dallas Weibel, Jr., Lois Wolf, Lawrence Weibel, Charles Weibel, and Deloris Stackhouse.

Funeral services will be Friday, March 8, 2024, at 2 p.m. at Young Family Funeral Home, Wolcottville Chapel, State Road 9 North, Wolcottville with Chaplain Tom Novy officiating.

Burial will follow at St. Gaspar Catholic Cemetery.

Visitation will also be on Friday, March 8, 2024, beginning at 12 Noon until the time of the service all at the funeral home.

Preferred memorials are to St Gaspar Catholic Church.
