Funeral services will be Friday, February 13, 2015, at 11 a.m. in Liberty Free Will Baptist Church in Wolcottville.
Calling will be Thursday, February 12, 2015, from 2 to 8 p.m. at the church where there will be an evening service at 6 p.m. ****************************************************************************************** Anthony Wayne Belcher, 31, of Danville, West Virginia, and formerly of Garrett died Monday, February 9, 2015, in his residence.
He lived in West Virginia for three weeks, coming from Kentucky. Prior to that, he lived in Garrett.
He worked for Wal-Mart.
He was born August 9, 1983, in Martin, Kentucky, to Jack Belcher and Sara Ocie Mosley. His father preceded him in death and his mother survives in Kendallville.
On November 17, 2013, he married Maxine Nicole "Nikki" Slone. She survives in Hindman, Kentucky.
Also surviving are a daughter, Mara Charlette Belcher, at home; three sons, Frederick Lee Belcher, Jason Lee Belcher, and Trevor Allen Belcher all at home; a sister, Priscilla Belcher of Wayland, Kentucky; and two brothers, Floyd Belcher of Michigan and James Belcher of Wayland, Kentucky.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Billy Jack Belcher; maternal grandparents, Floyd and Georgene Mosley; and an aunt, Connie Dorton.
Funeral services will be Friday, February 13, 2015, at 11 a.m. in Liberty Free Will Baptist Church in Wolcottville with Pastor Billy Fields officiating. Burial will be in Orange Cemetery, Rome City.
Honorary pallbearers will be Trevor Belcher, Tim Mosley, Shea Amburgey, Lenvel Slone, James Slone, and Andy Hall. Active pallbearers will be Jason Belcher, Frederick Belcher, Josh Mosley, Greg Mosley, James Belcher, and Matt Everage.
Calling will be Thursday, February 12, 2015, from 2 to 8 p.m. at the church where there will be an evening service at 6 p.m.
Preferred memorials are to the family.
Young Family Funeral Home, Kendallville Chapel, 222 South State Street, Kendallville is assisting the family with arrangements.
