Anna L. Dobson, 81, of Sebring, Florida, and formerly of Ligonier, Indiana, was received into the arms of Jesus on Friday, July 11, 2025, in Bradenton, Florida.
She was born December 23, 1943, in Tribbey, Kentucky, to John E. and Lilly (Combs) Noble.
She had worked at Starcraft Boats in Topeka, Indiana, Community Living in Ligonier, Indiana, and for Noble County Home Health, which is now Parkview Noble Home Health in Kendallville, Indiana.
Anna was an active member of Living Waters Church of God in Sebring, Florida. She loved gospel singing and revivals and was an avid volunteer at the church. She was always available to help with community activities.
Anna dearly loved the Desota Park community and very often went to activities and games at the clubhouse. She enjoyed golf cart rides and being social with her neighbors.
Surviving are two daughters, Robbin L. (Elliott) Turner of Richmond, Kentucky, and Renetta A. (Ed) Christner of Goshen, Indiana; two sons, Bob E. Dobson of Gatesville, Texas, and David E. (Rená) Dobson of Cromwell, Indiana; four grandchildren, Lisa (Tom) Dobson, Matthew (Amanda) Turner, Jeremy (Alicia) Christner, and Carley Christner; six great-grandchildren; and three sisters, Barbara (Vaughn) Stewart of Sebring, Florida, Carol (Eldon) Hicks of Emmalena, Kentucky, and Sandy Noble of Sebring, Florida.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, J.B. Noble, William Noble, and Randy Noble; and a sister, Martha Noble.
Visitation is Monday, July 21, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Young Family Funeral Home, Wolcottville Chapel, State Road 9 North, Wolcottville, Indiana.
Anna's funeral service will be Monday, July 21, 2025, at 12 p.m.at the funeral home with Pastor Brandon Roberts of Living Waters Church of God in Sebring, Florida, officiating.
Burial will follow at Woodruff Cemetery.
Pallbearers are David Dobson, Bob Dobson, Ed Christner, Elliott Turner, Jeremy Christner, and Matthew Turner.
A celebration of life service is being planned at Living Waters Church of God in Sebring, Florida, in December, 2025.
