Anita Darlene Bonham, 66, of Hudson, Indiana died Tuesday, August 22, 2023, at her residence surround by her family.

She was born August 14, 1957, in Long Beach, California to James Bonham and Lorraine Fraley. They preceded her in death.

Anita was a member of the Hudson United Brethren Church.

She liked to read, watch movies, garden, and listen to music. She dearly loved her family, especially her grandchildren. Anita was the "fun" grandma, always making memories with her family. She was a hardworking, big hearted, dedicated, loving mother, who will be greatly missed.

Surviving are two daughters, Heather Lorraine Bonham of Hudson and Jamie Sue (Jeremy Tuttle) Prater of Hudson; two sons, Jacob Prater of Ashley and John Bonham of Angola; 21 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; a sister, Redonda Holbert of Angola; and two brothers, Mike Bonham of Fort Wayne and David Fryer of Scotland.

She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Stormy Dawn Bonham; and a brother, James Bonham.

Celebration of life services will be Saturday, August 26, 2023, beginning at 1 p.m. at her residence in Hudson.
