Obituary

Alvin F. "Casey" Jones, 81, of Wawaka died Saturday, January 20, 2018, at Parkview Noble Hospital, Kendallville.

He was born March 27, 1936, in Noble County to Fred and Susanna (Beachey) Jones.

Mr. Jones served in the U.S. Army from 1960 to 1966.

He worked for Frick Lumber Company in Brimfield from June, 1968 to August, 2015 when he retired. He then worked part-time for them in 2016.

Surviving are a sister, Betty Jacobs of Ligonier; four brothers, Raymond (Linda) Jones of Ligonier, Larry (Elizabeth) Jones of Bristol, Ivan (Carolyn) Jones of Albion, and Kenneth Jones of New Paris; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Lou Miller.

There will be no viewing or services.
