Obituary

Alice A. Gaylor, 74, of Hudson and formerly of DeLand, Florida, died Saturday, October 8, 2016, in Parkview Noble Hospital, Kendallville.

She moved to this area eight weeks ago from Florida.

Mrs. Gaylor was self-employed in retail sales.

She was born January 4, 1942, in Atlanta, Georgia, to Clyde and Ruth (Billings) McBrayer.

Surviving are her husband, Curtis E. Gaylor of Hudson; a daughter, Cynthia (Jim Moore) Gaylor of Wolcottville; two grandchildren, Elizabeth Gaylor and Jamie Gill; and four step-grandchildren, Angela Moore, Tami Lese, Jennifer Moore, and Kim Moore.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Sonny McBrayer.

There will be no visitation or services.

Young Family Funeral Home, Kendallville Chapel, 222 South State Street, Kendallville is assisting the family with arrangements.
