Obituary

Addisyn Brooke Conley, 6 weeks old, died Saturday, July 4, 2015, at 7:43 a.m. in the home of her aunt in Topeka.

She was born May 21, 2015, in Kendallville to Cody T. Conley of Wolcottville and Celia J. Patrick of Kendallville.

Also surviving are a brother, Alexander Michael Patrick of Kendallville; maternal grandmother, Carol (Blackburn) Patrick of Kendallville; maternal grandfather, Bradley Scott (Nita Darrah) Patrick of Marion; maternal great grandparents, Shelia and Bobby Keene of Kendallville and Jeannette Kasee of Stroh; paternal grandparents, William Conley, Jr. and Linda Conley of Wolcottville; paternal great grandfather, William Conley, Sr., of LaGrange; two uncles, Justin (Tabitha Stacey) Conley of Topeka and Shane Russell of Kendallville; an aunt, Karis Darrah of Marion; and her Godparents, Paul and Angie Sturdivant of Wolcottville.

She was preceded in death by paternal great grandparents, Bonnie Bloomer and Thornton Combs.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, July 8, 2015, at 2 p.m. in Hilltop Baptist Church, 880 Kelly Street, Rome City with Pastor Larry Anglemyer, Sr. officiating. Burial will be in Orange Cemetery, Rome City.

Calling is Wednesday, July 8, 2015, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the church.
